I am currently recruiting for an exciting, global technology company, based in Cambridge, with excellent transport links. Due to ongoing success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced, dynamic, Business Development Team Manager, to further develop their global sales team. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible, hybrid working covering US hours**

Typical Duties include:

  • Lead by example, implement and manage a standardized way of working
  • Weekly team meetings to identify strengths & weaknesses, success stories and future plans
  • Provide 1-2-1 coaching and development as well as team coaching
  • Identify training needs and provide gap analysis to senior leadership team
  • Support in the recruitment and on-boarding of new starters

The Successful Candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience managing a team of Business Development/Sales Executives
  • Proven track record in global sales 
  • Experienced with complex sales cycles
  • Charismatic, enthusiastic and energetic approach 
  • Experience in a B2B software company
  • Highly organised, with a passion for developing others
