We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Conveyancing Paralegal. This position will be permanent, based full time in the Wakefield office. 

Key duties to include: 

  • Utilising the Case Management system. 
  • Completing title searches.
  • Dealing with completions and exchanges paperwork. 
  • Opening case files and updating key information. 
  • Managing sales and purchase. 
  • Undertaking general administrative work. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Previous conveyancing assistant/paralegal experience essential. 
  • Strong administrative skills including spelling and grammar.  
  • Proficient using Microsoft Packages such as word and outlook. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. 
  • Eager for a new opportunity.
