Our client is a successful global manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Preparing quotes 
  • Processing orders 
  • Freight and shipping coordination 
  • Updating customers regarding deliveries
  • Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers
  • Answering queries quickly and efficiently
  • Aftersales support, including dealing with technical queries
  • Attending and supporting with trade exhibitions and other industry events

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of freight and shipping 
  • A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Calm and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills, including accurate data entry
