Customer Services Team Leader – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Cambridge* – £25,000 – £27,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident team leader, looking to add value and gain experience in a varied and interesting role.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and delegate daily workloads
  • Diary management for external providers
  • Providing existing clients with an excellent service
  • Setting up new clients 
  • Ensuring database is accurately updated
  • Raising purchase orders 
  • Providing support and guidance to the team
  • Handling any escalated issues
  • Assisting with ongoing projects

Skills required:

  • Confident leader with a positive attitude
  • Strong administration and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
