German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Our client are currently recruiting for a German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work for an excellent company based in Central Cambridge. It’s a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow their team. The role is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Typical duties include:

  • Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
  • Contacting customers to update them on their orders
  • Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders
  • Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
  • Accurate data entry into the salesforce system

The Successful Candidate:

  • Written and spoken fluency in German & Polish essential
  • Experience in a customer orientated position
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
