We are proud to be representing our top legal client in Weybridge in their search for a Legal Secretary. This position will be based full time in the Conveyancing opportunity. 

Key duties to include: 

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with key clients.
  • Provide adequate support to fee earners and other members of the team. 
  • Undertake filing and paperwork tasks to provide colleagues with assistance. 
  • Complete prioritised administration duties in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate:

  • Will have experience as a Legal secretary in a Conveyancing department. 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities. 
  • Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
