Our top legal client are currently searching for an experienced legal secretary to join their Private Client department in Darlington. 

Key duties to include: 

  • Assisting with the composition of wills. 
  • Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks. 
  • Managing partner’s diaries. 
  • Assisting with deed binding. 
  • Managing key administrative files. 
  • Correspondence with clients. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous legal secretary experience essential. 
  • Experience in a private client department preferable. 
  • Confidence when working with third parties. 
  • Accurate and quick typing speed.  
  • Strong grammar and spelling. 
  • Able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
